Ahmed has over six years of hands-on experience in the food industry, working in both Gaza and Tunis. Known for his passion for authentic dishes and attention to detail, he dreams of opening a small, welcoming restaurant where people can enjoy freshly prepared Palestinian and oriental meals, as well as traditional sweets during Ramadan.
He currently lives in Sfax with his wife and two children. Like many small families, they face the challenges of high living and rental costs — this business will allow them to achieve stability and contribute positively to the local economy.
